The location of the hotel was excellent, with Oxford Street, the theatres, and other attractions all within close proximity. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with super comfy beds and pillows. The staff, especially the concierge, were helpful and accommodating. The hotel also provided a grab breakfast to go, which was a nice touch. The hotel had a clean and welcoming reception area, and the air conditioning in the room was already turned on, making it comfortable during the heatwave. a great hotel in a fantastic location.

One negative aspect of the hotel was the expensive drinks at the bar, even for a coffee.

Our stay at Radisson was fantastic! We were in London for a family trip and stayed for five nights. The room we had had a lovely view and was very comfortable. The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially when it came to my eldest son, who has a mental disability. They changed his room to to ensure he felt relaxed and at ease. The location was perfect, with easy access to the British Museum and Covent Garden. Despite overlooking the main road, there was no traffic noise. The beds were comfy, and the breakfast spread was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

The location was perfect for our city break, with easy access to major tourist sites and convenient transport options. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants nearby and we were just a short walk away from a buzzing area. The room was comfortable and the staff was fantastic, especially Ed who gave us a warm welcome and even offered us a refreshing drink upon arrival. We were also really surprised with a room upgrade, making our stay more fun.

One downside was the small bathroom, with some cleanliness issues that were not properly addressed. Despite bringing it to the attention of the reception multiple times, the problem was not resolved completely.

The service here is impeccable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I was impressed with the room service as the room was always clean and well maintained. The amenities are great, including Wi-Fi, TV, tea and coffee facilities, and more. The in-room dining is delicious and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well. The customer service here definitely made my celebration memorable.

This hotel is perfect for families.

Our stay in this hotel was everything we were hoping for. The location, just a short walk away from Tottenham Court Road underground station, made it easy to get to all of the central attractions in London. We loved being close to everything, from Oxford Street to the WestEnd and the London Eye. The room was cozy, and the bathroom was modern and clean. The service was top-notch, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, and the view from our room was lovely.

The hotel had a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk from Tottenham Court Road tube station. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-equipped with amenities such as a fridge, kettle, hairdryer, and satellite TV. The staff were delightful and made us feel very welcome. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a superior room and even received dressing gowns and slippers. The food at the hotel looked incredible, and the scoff & banter bar had a lovely atmosphere. The staff were skilled in making delicious cocktails. the hotel provided a beautiful stay and excellent service.

The room was lovely and modern, with everything clean and well presented. The amenities were top-notch, including tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The breakfast was delicious, with freshly squeezed juices and the best croissants we've had. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a fitness studio and a restaurant. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the efficient online checking in and out system.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The room was lovely but very small, and the bed was too small for two people. the hotel staff were quick to offer us a free breakfast each as a gesture of goodwill. The location was great and convenient for exploring the city.
